I had a good experience at the Sterling Furniture Dunfermline Store. As soon as I asked for help regarding a specific piece of furniture there were multiple folk who were happy to help. I was given a few options with care packages, furniture care products and delivery. I went with the simplest option for me, but what was most important was that the pieces would be delivered, assembled and the packaging taken away for no extortionate extra cost. Which there wasn’t! So big thumbs up there! The pieces I got were great quality for really good value for money (in my opinion) and I would definitely go back!

Shocking after sales
Ordered two sofas in January after waiting 19 weeks for delivery they were faulty. Had to wait over 3 weeks for someone to come and inspect them. Was told someone would get back to us in five days. We had to contact them who said parts had been ordered but would take 14 weeks to come then would have to wait for someone to come and fix cushions. Told them too long to wait and wanted to return them. Sent emails letters and npo response. Have had to get Consumer Advice to help us. I thought this was a reputable company but not after our experience

Waited 19 weeks for delivery ...
Four days later phoned them to complain about seating on couch sinking and backs of sofa poor quality .
Was told technician would come out well three weeks later he came out and agreed on condition.
He told me they would be in touch in a couple of days I phoned after a week and was told it would take another 14weeks or more for parts Have been in touch about them lifting it phoned them e mailed them all have been not successful. I would Not Use this company ever again. Poorest Customer service in Britain....
